Mini Mathew – Vice Principal
Vice Principal's Welcome
Dear TIAD Families and Community,
I’d like to echo the words of Nelson Mandela as I extend a warm welcome to you and your child. ‘Education is the most powerful weapon which you can use to change the world.’ I am honoured to take on service as the Vice Principal of TIAD and to help steer TIAD to bring about meaningful and profound changes in the lives of all young minds in our care. My endeavour is to continue to build a supportive and collaborative spirit at our school, so as to provide the best in educational practices. We want to transform our students into accomplished young men and woman, ready to take on the challenges of future, both in fields of study and career.
Our vision strives to create a stimulating environment for our students to achieve their best in their academic, creative, personal, physical and moral development; to become responsible global citizens – who are respectful and creative, lifelong learners. A strong focus will go into strengthening their 21st century skills such as communication, collaboration, creativity and critical thinking. With the growing relevance and implications of technology, we are working on strengthening our curriculum with a foundational study in Artificial Intelligence soon. We value our partnership with our families and community as an integral part of the success of TIAD. Your feedback and support are essential to our continued improvement. Together as a school community, I look forward to building on the traditions of the past and developing new strategies to meet the challenges of the future in innovative and exciting ways.
