Fee Structure for Academic Year 2026-27

Application Fees:

For all new students, an application fee of AED 500 + VAT will be charged to process the application. This fee includes standard assessment fees. application fee is non-refundable and non-adjustable against any other fee.

Registration Deposit (Seat Confirmation Fee):

For all new students, a non-refundable Registration deposit will be applicable to confirm their seat in the school. This deposit is payable after the student has been offered a place and parents have accepted the offer. The registration deposit will be 10% of the total annual tuition fees and is deductible from the total tuition fees for the academic year.

Payment Channels:

  • Online Payment – Download Zenda App from Google Play Store/App Store and log in by using the registered email address or mobile number with the school and authenticate with the received OTP.
  • Zenda Payments are very easy, user friendly and without any charges.
  • If you have any questions or need any help on the Zenda App, please reach out to the Zenda team on WhatsApp at help.zenda.com.
  • If any difficulties for online payment, you may visit the school fee payment counter to pay the fee by cash / credit card.

Payment Terms and Conditions:

  • For the convenience of parents and in line with KHDA guidelines, the annual Tuition fees is divided into monthly instalments.
  • Monthly Tuition Fee instalments are due on or before 25th day of the previous month.
  • Annual Fees are payable along with the 1st Instalment of Tuition Fee on or before 25th March 2026.
  • The school will provide an official Receipt for every fee payment.
  • Cheque payments are not generally accepted for Fee payments. If exceptional cheques are accepted for fee payments, it will be considered as successful payment only when the amount is credited to the school’s bank account. If any cheques are returned, due to any reason, the school will not accept any cheque payments from the same parent in the future.
  • The school will not take any responsibility for any lost/stolen/misplaced money by the students which has been sent by the parents for fee payments.
  • The school fees are applicable irrelevant of the mode of teaching and learning.
  • When fees are not paid on time, in any mode of learning, the school reserves the right to:
      • Suspend students from learning for 3 days per term.
      • Not re-enroll students for the following academic year.
      • Withhold students’ progress reports.
      • Not issue the Transfer Certificate.

Reregistration Deposit:

  • For all the existing students, a non-refundable re-registration deposit of AED 500/- may be required to guarantee a place for the following academic year. This deposit is deductible from the total tuition fees for the following academic year.

Refund Policy:

  1. Application fee is non-refundable.
  2. Registration Deposit (Seat Confirmation Fee) is non-refundable.
  3. Re-Registration Deposit is non-refundable.
  4. Tuition Fee is refundable subject to the below given terms and conditions:
    • Tuition fees paid prior to the beginning of the academic year are refundable and only the registration deposit / re-registration deposit will be deducted.
    • If the student was enrolled in the school for two weeks or less, a month’s fees will be deducted.
    • If the student was enrolled in the school for a period ranging between two weeks and one month, two months’ fees will be deducted.
    • If the student was enrolled in the school for more than a month, the full term’s fees will be deducted.
  5. The above refund policy is applicable per term depending on the date of the withdrawal request.
  6. The refund will be calculated from the start of the term and the date of the official request by the parent stating the intent of withdrawal and not from the date when the student was absent. Being on the school registrar counts as days in school.

Transport Fee

The school shall facilitate transportation of the students at an affordable cost.  Transport fee is subject to the area of residence. Transportation fees should be paid termly in advance on or before the cut-off date given in the school circular.

Refunds

The Application fee is non-refundable in all circumstances, except when the school reject for the student.

In the case of refund of the school fees, the fees will be calculated as follows:

  • If the student was enrolled in the school for two weeks or less, a month’s fees will be deducted.
  • If the student was enrolled in the school for a period ranging between two weeks and one month, two months’ fees will be deducted.
  • If the student was enrolled in the school for more than a month, the full term’s fees will be deducted.
  • The refund will be calculated from the start of the term and the date of the official request by the parent stating the intent of withdrawal and not from the date when the student was absent. Being on the school register counts as days in school.
  • Fees refund will be processed by way of cheque only even it is paid by cash, by credit card or online.

Student Withdrawal

All students withdrawing from the school must submit a notification of their withdrawal in writing to the registrar’s office. A 30 days notification period is required to ensure all necessary documents are ready.
