The Indian Academy’s information technology (IT) laboratory offers an exceptional opportunity for students to gain hands-on experience with cutting-edge technology. This well-equipped facility includes twenty-eight state-of-the-art computers and a suite of software tools, including Scratch Junior, Python, MySQL, MSW Logo, OpenOffice, and office productivity applications, facilitating innovative project completion.
Furthermore, the lab is overseen by a team of proficient and experienced educators, available to provide guidance and assistance to students throughout their projects.
Physics Lab
Engaging in practical experimentation within a laboratory setting is fundamental and inherent to the study of physics. At TIAD, the application of theoretical principles through hands-on experimentation stands as the most efficient approach to mastering this discipline.

Chemistry Lab
The chemistry lab at our school is a marvel of scientific exploration and experimentation. This state-of-the-art facility has been carefully designed to inspire young chemists and foster a deep understanding of chemical principles. Students have access to an extensive range of modern equipment, including spectrophotometers, analytical balances, fume cupboards and specialist glassware.
Our lab also has an extensive collection of chemicals so that a variety of experiments can be carried out safely and effectively. Thanks to the spacious workspace and ergonomic design, students can conduct hands-on activities, investigations and collaborative projects, guided by experienced instructors dedicated to fostering scientific curiosity and innovation.
Biology Lab
At TIAD, the Biology Laboratory exemplifies a harmonious blend of modernity and functionality, featuring an extensive spectrum of scientific models, specimens, slides, charts, cutting-edge instruments, equipment, and sophisticated apparatus. This meticulously curated collection meets the scientific needs of students across various academic levels, encompassing both primary and senior secondary education. The lab serves as a nurturing ground for scientific exploration and experiential learning, embodying TIAD’s commitment to a holistic and enriching educational experience.
To instill scientific temperament and observation skills and promote inquisitiveness, a variety of activities are conducted in the bio lab. The students are encouraged to explore and connect their learning with the world around them. Students experience the real sense of biological concepts in planning, executing, analyzing, and troubleshooting research protocol. The Bio lab also provides a platform for the budding scientists of the senior secondary section to conduct their projects. Students here convert their dreams into actions.
